1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Learneyfy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Content and Creator Obligations

Our Service allows content creators ("Creators") to upload, sell, and manage video content and courses ("Content"). As a Creator, you retain all ownership rights to your Content. However, by uploading Content to the Service, you grant Learneyfy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, market, sell, and distribute your Content to end-users on the platform. You are solely responsible for the Content you upload, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the Content you provide.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

When a user purchases your Content, they are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for their personal, non-commercial use. All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by Razorpay's terms and conditions.

All sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to watch any available free preview content before making a purchase to ensure it meets their needs.

5. Creator Payouts

Creators are eligible to withdraw their earnings subject to our payout policies. You must provide accurate payout information. Learneyfy will process withdrawal requests in a timely manner but is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or incorrect information provided by the Creator. A commission fee may be deducted from your earnings, as detailed in your Creator Dashboard.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Learneyfy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
